Executive Assistant | Client & Business Operations

 

At Authentic Perspectives Counseling & Coaching, LLC, we are dedicated to providing faith-based counseling, leadership coaching, and mental wellness support for high-performing women in ministry, business, and leadership. The Executive Assistant Intern (Client & Business Operations) will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the business. This role involves scheduling, email management, client relations, and assisting with project coordination. The intern will gain hands-on experience in business operations within a faith-based counseling and coaching practice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, emails, and administrative support for leadership and client services.

  • Assist in client onboarding, including intake forms, contracts, and follow-ups.

  • Provide Zoom meeting support, including scheduling and tech troubleshooting.

  • Support project coordination, tracking deadlines, and maintaining business workflows.

  • Assist with data entry, document organization, and reporting.

  • Conduct market research to improve business efficiency.

  • Engage in customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

  • Assist in event planning for virtual and live workshops and retreats.

  • Conduct grant research and assist in preparing funding proposals.

 

Our Ideal Candidate

 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Junior – Senior status

  • 1+ years of administrative or business operations experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and project management tools (Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Zoom proficiency for meeting coordination.

  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve.

We are now offering internship positions, 10-20 hours per week.  The position is hybrid remote and offers is eligible for college credit  Quarterly benefits stipend and mileage reimbursement for work-related travel for mileage.

Social Media Intern

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern will assist in managing and growing the online presence of Authentic Perspectives Counseling & Coaching across multiple platforms. This role involves content creation, community engagement, social media strategy, and brand messaging to support marketing initiatives.

  • Manage content creation and posting for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

  • Develop engaging social media posts, captions, and storytelling content.

  • Write and edit content for newsletters, blog posts, and email marketing.

  • Research and implement SEO and social media trends for optimized engagement.

  • Assist in creating short-form video content, reels, and marketing graphics.

  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.

  •  Track social media analytics to improve audience reach and engagement.

  • Assist in paid ad campaigns for coaching programs and digital products.

  • Support content creation for online courses, including promotional materials.

 

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).

  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other design/editing tools.

  • Excellent writing skills for captions, blogs, and email content.

  • Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media trends.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze engagement metrics.

  • Creativity in developing visually appealing and brand-aligned content.

  • Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.

 

Benefits

  • Professional Development: Interns will have access to weekly mentorship meetings and professional development workshops to enhance their skills and industry knowledge.

  • Salary Expectations: Unpaid, College Credit Eligible.  Interns required to use their personal vehicles for work-related travel will receive a mileage reimbursement at a rate of 40 cents per mile to cover fuel expenses.
